Your choice of meat in a corn, flour or crispy tortilla topped with cilantro and onion. Meat Choices: Carne Asada (steak), Carne Molida (ground beef), Desebrada (shredded beef), Carnitas (pork chunks), Al Pastor (roasted pork chunks), Chile Rojo (beef chunks in red chile), Chile Verde (pork chunks in green chile), Tripa (beef tripe), Barbacoa (cow cheek), Chorizo (spicy beef sausage) and Pollo (chicken).
The Works: (additional toppings) add lettuce, tomato, mozzarella, guacamole and sour cream.
